After driving all my adult life; my vehicle was totaled. I reported the incident to Allstate and had no clue what to do next. Allstate adjusters guided me through the process. I discovered there is an adjuster for everything and spoke with several regarding my claim. I must say: "YOU are in GOOD hands with Allstate." Each adjuster was compassionate, patient, listened, and they worked together as a team (never had to repeat things to a next adjuster). Their follow through and follow up: OUTSTANDING! My claim was settled in about a week. Thank you Allstate!! For holding my hand!

I switched from another local insurance agency because of their lack of communication with me and because I felt that I was not important to them. With Burke Allstate, I have experienced the complete opposite. My questions by phone or email are always promptly answered, and I feel that my business is appreciated. Moreover, I have what I feel is more complete coverage at a better cost. I mostly work with Bonnie Smart, and no question is too small for her to answer. I hope I never have to make a claim, but if I do, I truly believe I am in "good hands" with Allstate.

Although we did appreciate the smooth processing of our claim the only bump was a lack of communication when it came to the rental car and the extension of the rental. (no one called my daughter to tell her when it was going to end. it ended before the allotted 30 days and she had to pay out of pocket fro the remaining balance and a extra day.) Other than great service on assuring my daughters fears as this was the first accident she was ever in and she was very scared for herself and the other driver involved.

I have appreciated that he and his team are very quick to respond to me whether I call, email, or show up at their office, even without an appointment. Mike and his friendly and knowledgeable staff have helped me to put together an insurance plan for me and my spouse that suits us perfectly, covers us very thoroughly, but at the same time is economically feasible.

Friendly, professional and timely are the best ways to describe this agency. You are treated to a cold bottle of water while you wait, which is usually less than 8 minutes. As long as I live in Ft. Lauderdale Florida I will use this agency for all of my insurance needs. I cannot say enough positive things about this agency. Thank you for treating people like people and not numbers.
