My company is insured by ECI, our General Liability, Auto and Umbrella policies, I work with them on nearly a daily, but always at least weekly basis to acquire certificates for the people we do business with. LaDonna brightens the day just answering the phone... Scott and Brandy were absolutely awesome in working with us to get the best insurance for the best value... Dana and Brandy are always there for me ... respond so quickly to any need or question I have... and accomplish whatever it is in no time at all...they are all ROCKSTARS as far as I am concerned! Customer service is such a valuable and rare thing these days... so I truly appreciate each person there and all they do to make sure we have the BEST service possible!
