Dan Gephart has been our insurance agent for a little over a year now and we couldn’t be happier with the level of service we’ve received from him. From day one Dan has helped us understand the ins and outs of our insurance plan. He has taken the time to make sure that we are set up with the best policies for our family and that we feel comfortable with what we are signing. I have seen Dan work diligently and go beyond the norm by meeting with us in different locations if we couldn’t make it to his office and answering phone calls after office hours when we thought for sure we’d have to leave a message. He even called us when we were posting home renovations pictures on Facebook to notify us that he saw our house was cinderblock and not frame, and that he had already made the adjustments to our policy resulting in a rate reduction. Dan is first-rate at what he does. We are not just a customer number to him, and that is why we will continue to work with him and recommend him to everyone we know.

Prior to switching to Looker Wolfe and Gephart, I used to have separate auto and home insurances. When I talked to LW&G agent, Dan Gephart, he provided me with a detail information, review my need, and provided us with a more comprehensive coverage for auto, home and personal liability insurance at a better rate. Whenever I have a question regarding my insurance, Dan always provided a good and easy to understand answer to my questions. Beyond that, he review my insurance need on regular basis and see if I need additional coverage or find a way to lower my insurance rate. It is great to have a place where I can get great service and at the same time a better price!

Dan responded very quickly to my inquiry and was able to provide me with the same coverage (a little more in some places) for a price much lower than I was paying.
