I usually do not write reviews but as a new customer as of the 18th of June, I am very disappointed in customer service and professionalism of Reilly Insurance. We were with Penn national and switched due to the ever increasing rates. Erie Insurance rates came in very good and looking at the reviews both on Facebook and google, I thought Reilly Insurance would be a great choice as an agent. What I know now, I would still have selected Erie Insurance (rates, reputation, customer service agents have been fantastic) but went with a different agent due to things not being done correctly after almost 4 weeks, lack of communication and the constant need to have to stay on them to make sure our policies correctly setup.
