Cinthia came very highly recommended. I hired Cinthia on a recommendation of my realtor due to issues with the builder who would not complete warranty items. I was met with opposition and lack of cooperation from the builder. As soon as I hired Cinthia the tone changed dramatically for the good. She is very professional, knowledgeable about real estate, very good listener, reviewed a number of documents I had provided was very thorough about them and took action. It was a pleasure to deal with an attorney who knows the real estate law as well as she does. I always felt that I was in good hands. It was very difficult with the builder and she did not back away from them at all. As it turned out all warranty items and more were completed by the deadline she had given the builder and their attorney.

I found Karen Radakovich to be very professional, easy to work with and thorough. I was not sure, going in, that I needed a lawyer but in the end she not only helped me with the problems I was having with the condominium homeowners association but went the extra mile for me. Karen did her research into an older unrelated issue and found that some legal issues concerning my condo from years before had been settled in my favor. I was never notified and had no idea. It was a little complicated, at least to me, but the short of it is her research found that the condo belonged to me instead of the bank as I had previously believed. In my opinion, I cannot speak highly enough of Karen.

I have engaged the Frascona law firm on multiple matters over the years with regard to real estate transactions, estate planning and employment law. The quality of the attorneys I have dealt with has been quite high. They have areas of expertise in which they lead in the state (residential real estate law, for example) and even have a national profile (mortgage fraud, for example). Frascona is a small firm with no more than 20 attorneys so you do have to be careful that you solicit advice in areas they have real practice depth in. I recommend the firm highly and without reservation.

Meaning he listens and communicates in a manner that brings resolution quickly and positively.

After giving the $500 deposit(for $275/hour) Ben Daniels met with me for 40 minutes(after being 30 minutes late). After not moving forward, Ben had nerve to charge a total of ~$625 despite not doing any more work than initial 40 minute meeting and writing 1 quick email in response to a call. Would not recommend.
