After being wrongfully charged with 1st degree assault I found myself terrified about the possibility of the outcome of my future. At first I was represented by a different lawyer who told me that he could not get the charges dropped and that I would have to go to trial. So then I called Steven Louth. I have never had a better lawyer. He sat down with me and listened, he showed empathy for my situation and promised that he would do anything and everything to give me the best situation. We were planned for trial, which he was extremely confident we would win. A week before trial Steven was able to get the charge completely dropped. While I know that every persons situation will be different , I highly recommend Steven Louth for any criminal defense case you may have. His prices are reasonable and he will fight for you. I consider Steven and the rest of his team a friend now. Everyone in his office will work diligently and give you the best chance for success.

I was referred to Steven Louth by a friend who is also an attorney. He is well established in the Boulder County legal system and was able to really help me out with my case. He worked with me on the cost of his services because he knew I was on a budget. He is very knowledgeable in criminal law and was able to DRASTICALLY reduce my charges due to a little known amendment to the Colorado statute concerning my case. He seems very laid back when you meet him but is completely professional in the courtroom. I genuinely appreciate everything he did for me. Also, his entire staff is very friendly and helpful. This Attorney is horrible. I hired him and it ended up being the biggest mistake I ever made. He failed to inform me of a court date, He is buddy buddy with the prosecutors office and he is rude and acts as if he is better then you. Be cautious about this guy. He once said " I think about my clients when I am walking my dog at night". What a joke, he did not earn $ 300 of the $ 4,000 I paid him. I fired him half way through my case and hired a Denver Lawyer with no ties to the Boulder Prosecutors Office and then my case went perfect. Pay extra and do not hire this guy.
