I couldn’t be happier with the Joslyn Law Firm and their representation. I was in need of a tough criminal lawyer as I was facing a felony drug charge and in danger of going to prison for 2-8 years. From the get-go, I felt at ease with Mr. Joslyn and his associates. They mapped out how my case would be handled and kept me up to date for the six months my case went on. To say I had anxiety is an understatement; I basically couldn’t sleep for half a year. I was a first time offender and just made a bad decision after being out of work for sometime, but I was fearful this would ruin my entire life. Brian and his staff always kept my fears at bay, they had to remind me several times that the court system takes time, there are protocols they have to adhere to and nothing happens overnight. They were always patient with me and helped me get through this most difficult time in my life. At the end of six months I walked out of court with probation only. Do not make the mistake of hiring another attorney who won’t fight for you. The Lawyers at the Joslyn Law Firm will not back down until they get the results you need!

The initial consultation with Brian put me at ease, he went over my case with me and then decided on his plan of action. He was very up front and blunt with me about where he thought my case was going. Being in school and having this felony charge over my head was one of the most stressful times in my life. I was nervous and apprehensive about finding the right lawyer to help our family. After the first phone call we felt we were talking to the right people. We first spoke with the owner Brian on the phone, then met with both him and his associate Mark for an office meeting. They were both very direct and gave us a complete overview of what to expect from this process that was new and scary to us.
