Divorce can be such a horrible experience. When children are involved, things can be exceptionally difficult. I was very concerned about the aftermath that would follow me leaving my ex-husband (with my special needs son in hand). Attorney Hartley was highly recommended for his professionalism, his prompt attention to his clients and for the genuine demeanor that Mr. Hartley is known for. Attorney Hartley walked me through every step of the legal process. My attorney knew that I was scared to lose my son and that I was just very nervous about what would lie ahead for myself and my son. The end result was exactly what I had hoped for and more. Attorney Hartley did not lag in any part of the legal process. As he explained every step of the way, he followed up with things, just as he said he would. I not only received full custody of my son, Attorney Hartley really helped put my nerves at ease and prepared me for the courtroom. As this was also something that caused me great anxiety. I hired Aaron to file a contempt of court motion and for a increase in child support. quoted me a rate that I felt was fair and when it came down to Court room substance ill just say this I got my increase in child support, I got to claim my son and she had to amend her tax return, oh I also got attorney fees and to make sure she paid it was ordered that Montgomery county child support would collect the fee. anytime I have a problem I call Aaron.
