UPDATE: James Gordon was able to close my claim against the insurance company that represented the trucking company that caused my accident. Even though the settlement was not enough to be of any significance in regards to my injuries and continued expenses, I have to take into consideration the vagueness of the accident. However, James Gordon is doing his best to get me qualified for social security disability. If approved, that will go a long way in covering some of my continued medical expenses. (Original review) My first call was answered by a friendly and helpful person that immediately connected me to an attorney for a consultation over the phone. Within an hour, I received a phone call asking for additional information and I had an appointment for the next day. I live five hours away from Jacksonville and I was concerned that would be a big problem. However the attorney is making the long drive to my home! I am ecstatic! I had been working with an attorney at a different law firm for 5-1/2 months and had accomplished nothing. Morgan and Morgan set things in motion within hours!

Absolutely horrific!!! Over a three month period not one return phone call, no correspondence via mail or email. When you call the Jacksonville office you reach a receptionist in Atlanta only to be transferred to an an office in Orlando. Apparently the law offices are to busy with marijuana laws to attend to their regular clientele.
