Office Assistan/Manager was very rude when I called to speak to an Attorney that I had previously been working with at another FIrm and he now works for Amy Levine. The office assistant rudely began demanding a $400 retainer fee that I was unaware that I needed to pay before I could speak to the attorney. I told her she was rude and she flipped the script as though it were my fault. If I had not had previous service with this attorney, whom was very professional I would take my business elsewhere.

I used Ms. Levine to handle my Chapter 13 filing three years ago, and she and Christina have continued to be extremely helpful when I have questions about the ongoing process. Additionally, I recently found myself in a situation where I needed to purchase a new vehicle, and Amy and Christina helped me through the process of applying for permission to finance. Their assistance was provided in a very timely manner, and I will always be grateful for their help!
