Parks and Braxton are highly recommended if you get yourself in the unfortunate situation of having a DUI charge. They have connections in pretty much every county in the state of Florida. I have had two DUI charges in the last 10 years in two different counties and Parks & Braxton had them both reduced down to a reckless. The first one was in Hillsborough and I blew over the limit and had a solo minor accident. We brought a breath test specialist in and found descrepincies with the machine that was used to take my BAC and the D.A. decided to drop the charges down to a reckless.. The second was in Pinellas and I refused to blow because of the circumstances and the firm presented the D.A. with the evidence or lack there of and they reduced it to a reckless as well.. Very educated on the laws in the state of Florida especially pertaining to DUI charges. Highly recommended!!!

Arrested after a single car accident in which I totaled my Mercedes on I-4.After five months of negotiations,Attorney Mike Braxton was able to negotiate a suspended sentence.Also negotiated a stipulated BAC of less than .15,thereby eliminating the possibility of enhanced charges,including an interlock device.Yes,they are expensive,but in these cases especially,you really DO get what you pay for,and for my money this firm is the best in Tampa.... Very awesome lawyers. Contacted them after the 10 days(like a month after the 10 days) at like 2am thru their website and i still got a email as well as a phone call at 2am saying they had received my email and just touching base and will call next day during normal day hours to talk about my case. Mike was very helpful with all questions i had. Even after the 10 days he still got my DUI dropped to wreckless driving. I would highly reccomend Parks & Braxton!

Michael Braxton was able to get my 2nd refusal thrown out, my DUI reduced to a citation, my marijuana charged withheld and kept my court costs to a minimum. Michael Braxton literally took the time to watch every second of the body camera video and note the officer stating he believed I wasn’t intoxicated. They claim to have an office in Tampa Florida but it is a ghost office. I hired them and the attorney I got could care less about my case. I got shined on and a half baked plea bargain at a high price. I wish someone would have written a review like this before I hired them. Terrible Experience
