Terrible. They quoted a rate of 120/month after filling out all my info on their website. Went to click on "purchase" and the rate changes to 280/month. Called them to try and get the rate I was quoted. They gave no good explanation as to the misleading quote. Agent asked me several times "what are you paying for insurance currently?" I refused to answer that. He got the quote down to 220/month and told me that would be the absolute lowest. I told him I pay 180/month currently and asked if they can match that quote. He put me on hold and came back at 178/month. Clearly, it was a scheme to get me to pay the same as I am currently paying. Very misleading website, false quotes, and scumbag salesman.

After calling many insurance companies for quotes and getting terrible rates and the run around, I called Geico in Davie, FL I spoke with DJ who answered my questions, was very polite and accurate, called me back when she said she would, sent me everything in writing and got me the insurance I was looking for at a ridiculously low rate and no deposit. I gave her my financial and auto info and 1,2,3 it was done. What a pleasure it was dealing with DJ. I had insurance with another company for 26 years and it was a hassle. So if you want to SAVE TIME AND MONEY AND BE TREATED WELL! CALL DJ @ EXT# 3724 * You can see she is highly recommended all over this site.

After speaking with my girlfriend we decided to call Geico for a quote. Originally we spoke with Roxanne and she helped with getting me the same coverage at a better price. Within a few hours, and some more research, we decided I should go with Geico. When I called back I got Vanessa. She was very friendly and answered all my questions explaining everything. The service I received was excellent and they both were polite. All in all it was an easy process. They got my insurance payment reduced by more than half compared to my previous insurance company. Best decision made, had to thank my girlfriend and Geico.
