I called this morning to figure out what was needed to get myself a Pa State ID. I was told 2 proofs of residency, birth certificate, and SS# all of which I had. I was also told they only take checks. So I show up pick a number and wait patiently just to find out "THEY DONT DO STATE IDS!!! JUST RENEWALS OF LICENSES. Or so the 19 year old looking girl told me. She also said we would be never released that information over the phone. But they did. I will never be using Yurconic ever again. All they did was give me the run around.

I just transfer my title from NY to PA and this people charge me $215 right now im checking the cost of transfer out of state title is only $75 how this people can do that?really how gave them these permotion to open an office to rip the costumers pocket off.PA state i mean PA DMV must be the only place to get the all job related to motor vehicle done ,this kind of office is only to getting extre money.never happy with this never go there

I went in for a license renewal. The staff is all very friendly and helpful, the instructions are clear and to the point. They know what they are doing here with polite and efficient service. I had my camera card already with me and the whole process took less than 15 minutes (including waiting time).

Went last week. Was in and out to renew my license in 10min. Had I gone to PennDot it would have taken me all afternoon. Love it and the staff is friendly.
