We wanted a change to our home and auto policies, so we made an appointment to stop by the office. We were on time and so is the agent who attended to us right away. The changes were entered into the system quickly and recalculated with a lower premium despite increasing our home insurance coverage. We were kept up-to-date when the changes were finalized as promised.
