My experience with Mr Berenson and his law firm was excellent! From the moment I first walked in his office, I was immediately taken care of and very much at ease. The legal process was thoroughly explained to me in detail, and nothing short of great service! His staff was so friendly and very attentive to how I was feeling and made frequent follow up calls to me to keep me updated on my case. During my recovery process of my car accident, Mr Berenson made sure that I had my rental car and medical treatments as needed. His staff took care of all my paperwork and worked hard in his efforts to fight my case. Mr Berenson helped me get the most money for my settement and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Through the whole process I felt stress free and anytime I needed assistance with a matter, Mr Berenson and his staff worked fast and was very attentive to everything. I saw Mr. Berenson in the yellow pages and called him because I was in a car accident. He came and met with me at the hospital so he could start working on my case fast. By the time I got out of the hospital, he had already set me up a rental car and the insurance company paid for my car that was totalled. Mr. Berenson helped me get all the medical treatment I needed without having to pay anything out of pocket. When I was done and was released by my Doctor, his office got everything put together and set it to Farmers. They wanted to pay me less than my medical bills. Mr. Berenson made them more than double their first offer and then got my bills reduced by more than half. He made everything easy. I just had to go to the doctor and then sign the check. If your in a car wreck, he will work hard for you and get you a lot of money like he did for me.

What can I say, he by far is the hardest working lawyer I have ever encountered. Stays late, I know first hand as he called to discuss my case while working after hours.. While other attorneys are taking your money and never available, Mr Berenson is just the opposite! His office staff is just as great Shelby, Megan, Andrew and anyone else I forgot!! Mr. Berenson took on my case after a wreck at the end of last March. I was 5 months pregnant at the time. Mr. Berenson sent someone out to the house to fill out paperwork and tell them about the wreck, and I was able to stay home and rest. Mr. Berenson and Shelby called and emailed to check on my children, who were also in the wreck, and myself, several times while Mr. Berenson fought the crappy insurance company of the person who hit us. Today we received our settlement! Mr. Berenson is personable, funny, and truly seems to care about his clients.
