Ive been using all cherry health facilities for 5 years now and I have always been cared for and had nothing but great doctors, dentist and vision. I had horrible teeth and after suffering painful infections with no insurance they helped me get medicaid and all of my teeth were removed and I was given beautiful dentures that fit right and look so real! I was also able to get glasses quickly and I see Dr. Jennifer Ramsey regulary. I am going through some health issues right now and she has been very attentive and caring!! The pharmacy is quick and very nice! The counseling dept. does need to work out the kinks but ive never been just left aside. Thank you Cherry Health!!

If I could give this place no stars.... its virtually impossible to schedule preliminary or even first appointment with new physician. Or thereafter. They are always overbooked, takes over a month just to get a single checkup or just to see doctor again. I never had this issue at any other Clinic or facility. Experienced communication issues with first doctor. And phone line is always fubbled... takes forever just to reach right dept. to even schedule an appointment. Have since happily switched providers.

The dentist office is a nitemare. I dont want to write a novel on here so ill just say that no one wants to do any thing but the bare minumum. There is not an ounce of customet service. If you call and say how m You are in unbelievable pain, they just are silent and say ok, you can walk in tomorrow. They say ok to everything, the r Girl who answers the phone anyway, just doesnt give a damn. At least say, im sorry you are in pain

On hold for over 20 minutes for the vision department. Still on hold and was on hold for 29mins before someone answered and was first caller in cue for 29mins!!! Wow

Dr. Varma at the adult clinic and Dr. Schut in the Pediatric clinic have been amazing so far. Ancillary staff have all been kind and performed their duties well
