I have coverage from Delta Dental of WA and another national dental benefit company. Hands down, Delta Dental of WA is outstanding in their service! I continually have to call the other dental benefit company to make some kind of correction every time someone in my family visits the dentist. On the contrary, I am able to find all my benefit coverage and even pricing estimates on the Delta Dental of WA website! In addition, I use the Delta Dental of WA app to check my claim status and even for my ID card when I go to my dental appointment. I am so happy to have Delta Dental of WA coverage! Definitely makes me feel good about getting my dental check ups and taking care of my teeth while making it easy!

They sent me a letter saying I owed them $400 from something 2 years back! I called them and they said it was a mistake and I owed nothing. I told them to remove me from their system and they said that was not possible... Horrible company for sending me a bill even if it was a mistake!

I have had dental benefits with Delta Dental for over five years and always had great service. When I go to my dentist twice per year for checkups I never pay anything, $0 dollars for great care. I am extremely pleased with Delta Dental.
