Excellent: I needed an International Drivers License for my trip to Spain. The Staff was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. This location is easy to get to and parking is easy, no meters to pay. I highly recommend the AAA Office at Lakeshore Plaza for all your insurance and travel needs.

Spent an hour on the phone I was constantly re-routed back to a call center in Utah, hours say 9 to 5, but if nobody is picking up the phone, then it kinda makes you think that they close when ever they feel like it.

easily accessible location, but always kinda busy, even for the simpliest things. still, theres free parking so you dont have to worry about a meter.
