I never leave reviews but making an exception here! This is the worst insurance you can possibly have. If there was a zero star option to rate them I would choose it. They have denied all my claims. I had X-rays and a cleaning and they denied that because they only cover X-rays when no other procedures are done that day. What kind of dental insurance does that? They denied my root canal because they said they did not receive a referral but my dentist mailed one and then faxed it to them. I sent it again but it was denied again for another ridiculous reason. They have the wrong address on their claim forms and even gave us the wrong fax number. They are a sorry excuse for a business. Avoid this insurance.

I have been trying to get my broken retainers replaced for two months now and every time I call they have a new story for why there has been no progress yet. I have called 9 times now. Last time they promised to call me back on Thursday which was yesterday and nobody called. I was told I cannot speak to a supervisor or be transferred to somebody who is already familiar with my case because they are a "call center". What a lot of sense that makes.

Signed up during ACA registration. I checked to make sure my current dentist was a part of their network and was lead to believe they were. They are not. No one in my city is. They used a government portal to sell a product that was fraudulent. Avoid at all costs.

This insurance company is terrible. I was crashed into by a lady with this insurance. We have been waiting over 3 months to receive a check for the damage done. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.
