I started my quest for ACA insurance in Maryland back in September knowing my husband and I would be relocating to North Carolina in October as a semi-retired couple without jobs and insurance initially. I was fortunate enough to discover Carolina Insurance Professionals (BCBS) and Ronee Greene. Had it not been for her help with the intricacies of the website I would have given up in frustration. She was always available to answer my questions and help me navigate the maze of this new health care program. I am relieved to know that my husband and I will have health insurance until we qualify for Medicare in a couple of years. On January 3rd I ordered and picked up my first prescription with no muse/no fuse at the pharmacy and at a reasonable price. I am fortunate to be in good health and hope that any future doctor appointments/lab work, etc go as smoothly, if so, I will be the new poster girl for OBAMACARE! Thanks again for your help with this Ronee!

Although at first it seemed that we had found a good advocate for us in this terrible environment of so called health care, it became very obvious that this firm was just like many others - very unhelpful. After Ronee passed us off to Jayson, he started to realize that our situation might take up too much of his time and suggested that we had to call customer service at BCBS. For anyone that calls themselves an agent to tell someone to call Customer Service is code for "LEAVE ME ALONE. I can not make any money off of you." Do not waste your time with this agency, their 5 star rating must be from relatives and good friends. We have since found an agent who has taken the time to help and they have resolved our health care issues.
