Beware this company is a fraud! This is not Blue Cross and what they do is hang up on you and are very rude I just called them two seconds ago and they hung up on me before I could even explain why I was calling this company is not the company you want to go through they do not care about people all they care about is getting your money, you need a company that cares about people not just your money!

Claims to cover ________ therapy with 2 tests and letter stating 3 symptoms by doctor. 4 tests and 2 letters later they deny coverage and fill my mail box up with letters saying they deny coverage.

I love blue Cross blue shield, gave always been helpful... And love there coverage, deductibles high but are spread out, $500 per trip to hospital, so not as bad as they sound..

Terrible company, I canceled my membership and they continued to charge me even after several calls of cancelation saying that I kept enrolling in their plans when I did not!
