After seeing many dentists over many years I was referred to Dr. Gelb by my periodontist. Dr. Gelb soon became my primary dentist and the relationship has blossomed. I am particularly appreciative of his sincerity in wanting the best outcome for my dental needs regardless of whether he performs the procedures or refers me to a specialist whom he thinks would do the best job for my needs. (Profit does not seem to be a motivating force in what he recommends for my dental needs). My personality is one which likes to understand why and how a method is employed, and Dr. Gelb has be very generous with his time in discussing the options. He has also been open to my non-professional suggestions for what methods to use to resolve my problems. His warm and personal approach to working with me is something I enjoy along with an up-to-date practice which employs the most innovative materials and techniques. It is a pleasure to see how his assistant anticipates his needs during a procedure and how they schedule their time to minimize waiting. Not only is he interested in achieving the best results for me but has empathy in making each procedure painless. I even suggested his injecting technique to a specialist. I will continue to keep Dr. Gelb as my primary dentist and trust his practice to continue keeping my mouth healthy, functional and aesthetically pleasing.

I would have to say that after 40+ years of going to-and-from the Dentist, this is the first time I feel like the Dr. and the staff have had my best interest in mind. They are professional, very engaging and a pleasure to work with. I would normally say that they go out of there way to make you feel as comfortable as possible, but... I think that this is how the team is naturally! They treat you like you are part of the family.
