Todd was extremely helpful throughout the process, even while knowing there was another potential broker in the picture. The advice he gave and his responsiveness, not to mention his personality, led us to decide to move forward with him- and he then proved to offer superior terms to the other broker that was trying to win us back. The real icing on the cake came when there was an error with the IRS matching our records the day before closing. He was able to help me get the needed documents, spent time to help figure out a discrepancy and was able to make sure nothing even hiccuped for closing. I absolutely cannot recommend him enough, and any future purchases will include him.
