I was referred to First Rate Financial by a co-worker who recently purchased a home. This is my eighth move however the first time I was picking up the tab for the closing costs. I reached out to Chad Lemons and immediately made a connection. It was as if I had done my previous 7 loans with him. He was patient with all my questions and did a fantastic job walking me through all my options. Also he was always available and kept me on track with the documents I needed to produce without being overbearing. Other lenders in the past steered my towards what they wanted and at First Rate they really catered to what I wanted. Most importantly they spoke a language anyone could understand and presented my options in such a way that it was easy to make a decision. Lastly, I like that they a little bit smaller as they were way more flexible. When I first called I needed to close in a little less than 3 weeks and First Rate was confident they could do it- and they delivered. Larger firms were too busy to rush my closing. While I hope that I never need to buy another home again if I do I will certainly call First Rate Financial.

As a First Time Home Buyer, my husband and I were weary of the process because of our lack of experience. We had prepared to bring a certain amount to the Closing table and Chad was able to get amount due at Closing lowered! We had money left over to buy new things for our home, what a relief. I recently went with First Rate Financial on a new home purchase in Texas. I shopped around with many different lenders. I chose first rate because they came in with the lowest closing costs and interest rate that I could find, and they were also very easy to get a hold of and talk to. One of the things we we afraid when choosing a lender, is that we might end up with someone who delays purchase because they fail to complete all of the steps in a timely manner. First Rate completed all of these steps well ahead of time, I will definitely work with them again.

If you ever need him he is ALWAYS there. Jason Turner is a master of his profession as a Loan Officer. He helped us end to end with great contact, constant (yet not annoying) updates, and clear concise explanations and instructions. We closed much faster than we expected with his amazing service and consummate professionalism. If you are looking to buy a home and need someone that will take away any apprehension or fear of the loan process look no further. We love our home and think of him more as an amazing friend than our Loan Organizer.

I used Jenny Bray for a refi on an existing mortgage. I had tried two other lenders over the course of three years and it was a major hassle. The other lenders continued to ask for additional info and kept changing the rate. I gave up. Jenny came along and did everything that she said she would and more. She asked for info one time, gave me a rate, and closed the loan on time with a notary at my house with a lower interest rate. It was so smooth I would actually do it again. I would highly recommend her for your next loan or refi.
