Outstanding service start to finish! Our situation was unique. We were awarded the property after the passing of my mom. The property needed a lot of TLC. I’ve only been on title for a few weeks and didn’t think it was possible to do a cash out refinance to make the necessary upgrades to the home. Matt did his due diligences reading his company guide lines and was able to able to provide us with a cash out refinance. Matt and his team were consistently responsive, attentive, and reliable. We never felt pressured or stressed during the whole process. I could not speak more highly of Matt and his team’s integrity. We highly recommend Matt and his team!!
