I recently refinanced my home in Windsor, CT. Mr. Mack handled the process so professionally. When there were questions or info that the underwriter wanted Dustin would take the time to explain and if necessary walk me through the steps personally. He never just dumped issues on me!!! His positive attitude was amazing and catchy. I always felt better when leaving his office than when I arrived because I knew that Dustin had my best interest at heart. When it comes to Mortgages or refinancing there are only a few that are as good as Dustin Mack. Jim Thoma
