Unfortunately, the company has not high standards as it states: They calculated the value of the house wrongly, so I believe that they do not use campuses and they cannot do simple math. Besides our high s credit scores they and verification they were dwelling on 200 dollars differences. Furthermore they charge one point not matter what your score is. After all the paperworks, they were telling me 3 different figures very different from the one we dealt with. Horrible loan company. They got a flag because there was no space for a " no flag".Before you give your credit and being impacted by it, please think twice.

Saw Fall Out Boy. Amazing. I used FlashSeats for the first time and I was worried there would be a problem (knowing our phones will go against us at the worst moments) but it was actually VERY convenient and easy to use. I also have a memory board on my wall where I put physical tickets so concerts, so I was thinking that might be something I would miss, but they gave me a physical copy after they scanned my phone. ALSO: I used the rest room 3 times during my concert and this was the first place to have a clean and stocked (toilet paper) bathroom the entire time! But be aware; you cannot bring outside water bottles!

They will not allow me to print out my tickets nor pick them up at will call, I have to download an app and my ticket will be on there. My parents do no have smart phones, and purchased tickets I tried to print from the email address, but it must be opened at the site. I called and tried to explain this to the woman, and she told me they have to open it there. This is very stupid. I think being able to have your tickets on your phone is a nice OPTION, but when it is the only option it is very stupid. What if someones phone dies, there should be more than one way to have your tickets.

Spoke with Lacey from the arena to get help with parking suggestions and Flash Seats. She was so helpful and friendly!!!!!! She suggested purchasing a parking pass in the East parking garage. This lot is attached to the arena and comparable price to near by lots. She also suggested any of the main parking lots on Huron, would be safe and close to the arena. Lacey explained the procedure for getting in with our Flash Seats (im not tech savy), but sounds very easy. I cant wait to visit the Arena soon and Go Cavs!

We traveled from Cincinnati to see a CAVS game. We had a wonderful time. There is a lot geared towards kids at the arena. They had sign making stations throughout the arena. Also had areas where the kids could get tattoos, air brush or hair color sprayed. All for FREE!!!!! They had souvenirs in all price ranges. I was able to get 2 shirts and 2 basketballs for $40! The whole family had an awesome time. The whole arena was set up for people of all ages and it was a great experience! GO CAVS!

I contacted Patrick Scanlon a couple weeks before a concert with my special needs daughter (Angelman Syndrome) and voiced my concerns. Bottom line I got absolutely NO help at ALL . Not even something as simple as ushering us to our seats. But Im not the only one that had someone with a disability that had problems. I witnessed a dad with a son in a wheelchair that had to "muscle" through the crowd. My advice is if you are thinking about going to the Q with a disability: DONT.

The staff there is wonderful. The arena is quite steep and I found myself having anxiety, so I left my seat and planned to go back but staff directed me to guest services. There we were seated in different seats by a very kind lady. She moved not just me but all 7 in our group. The staff in the new area checked on me frequently too throughout the show. Now that I have my wits about me, I wish I had gotten their names do I could personally thank them

Very friendly staff! You could tell the workers enjoyed their job and I over heard a really nice comment for someone who had a disability to another worker. Sharleen did more than help us find seats but told stories of the area and right before the Championship game was over she was working in a different section wished us a safe drive home. Employees showing their personality shows the environment in the arena.

I have been there before to see lady Gaga. The place was high price with drinks and food. Then this year I wanted to see so badly, I got the tickets. However I miss her concert due to downtown parking. I was early as well. :( i was very sad that there was no where I could park. I try everything but it was late see went on. Wish I could of see her. :(

Great place to see an event. Home of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Lake Erie Monsters, and arena football Gladiators. Host to big concerts, pro wrestling, and March Madness. Plenty of decent food options and gift shops. The surrounding streets are filled with bars and restaurants as well. I miss the old Richfield Coliseum but this is a top notch facility.

Attended the Cleveland Gladiators game. The players and moral squad was fantastic. But the acoustics were horrible. Wear earplugs they have it staged like a concert instead of a ballgame. They cheer you on to make noise but no-one can be heard over their speakers. Change it Gladiator owners and maybe your attendance will Increase. Best wishes!

Took the kids to see the monster truck show there and it was amazing! Staff was very friendly the kids had a great time but the only problem was the parking. It is very expensive and it took 30 mins to get out of the garage. My recommendation is never use the garage. Park off site and walk over. Much less of a hassle.

The location and access to the Q is the best part of the stadium experience. The local bars, the mall, and the casino all in the immediate area can make this the center of a great night out. The food and drink vendors actually inside the stadium are a great selection of a variety of different styles. I was very impressed.

The staff here is amazing and I heard from them on more than one occasion a heartfelt, "Thank You For Your Service!" while walking around! Special shout out to Jenn F., and Patrick S. both from Guest Experience, and Ashley from Ticket Operations, were a huge help with our visit for the Maroon5 Concert.

Great downtown location. Home of CAVS. Home to Lake Erie Monsters. Clean and tidy. Plenty of economical parking options are available in the vicinity, in a decent walking distance... even during special events. Lot of good restaurants around...from $ to $$$$, as well as shopping options. Thanks.

Home of the 2016 NBA CHAMPIONS! Food choices from inexpensive to very pricey. Great atmosphere. Definitely not a spur of the moment type of night out. Save up because tickets for the Cavs are near impossible. A less expensive but still great experience might be a Monsters or Gladiators game.

While the stadium is beautiful attention and the atmosphere contrast, a shame to waste this way such a nice place.

One of the best arenas in the NBA. Excellent seeing, terrific food offering, and very clean. The new team shop is also fantastic. Located in the heart of Downtown Cleveland in the Gateway District, the Q is a must visit, especially with one of the best basketball teams in the world.

The atmosphere is electric for Cavs games (no surprise there). Cleveland has minor league hockey and arena football teams that are worth checking out at The Q as well. The venue is also great for concerts, and the food / drink choices are above average for a stadium of similar size.

I have been coming to The Q for quit some time. The organizers have made this an excellent family fun place to watch our favorite sports event. It is safe for kids, exciting for teens or if you just want to grab a couple of friends and go hang out. Lots and lots of food choices.

Workers at the concession are just rude... Do not want to go above and beyond. Makes me very upset when I work my job at customer service to provide 110% but no one else does... Security officers were very pleasant and nice. The lighting is good and the sound system is great.

If i could give less stars i would. We got 5 seats $89 per seat we had to move 4 times and the seating people got very rude and hostel and told to get over it and said we sold the same seats twice like it was our fault. I will not pay the price to go back for any event

Would never come here unless maybe they apologize for being so disrespectful and harassing to Roman Atwood. He was just trying to enjoy the game and get some pictures. WOW the police and security is so rude here. You guys really need to apologize to Roman Atwood!

We went for a Monsters game and had a good time. Staff was helpful and lines moved quickly. The concourses looked a bit dated and were sort of small, much like PNC Arena in Raleigh. However, the location was excellent with the casino and restaurants nearby.

I hate arena concerts, but Queen at this arena was very pleasurable. Nice easy seating, not crowded together, lots of rest rooms and very very friendly staff. The rest room caretaker even watched my son while I was in the stall, who would have thought?

Best food options in the NBA. Not to mention what great atmosphere it was to see the Cavaliers welcome OKC!! Witnessed Lebron James exceed 20,000 points along with another win and one of the many triple doubles of Westbrook on the same night and floor.

Absolutely love the q! My first time going here was for Disney On Ice and it was amazing seeing the show and being in the same building the Cavs play in! Hope to come back soon. Also I recommend bringing extra money since it can be a little expensive.

The Cavs are one of the most entertaining experiences in town and the improvements to the Q have not gone unnoticed. They do a great job of keeping all ages and fans entertained during the game during breaks and the experience of is always memorable.

Lady Gaga Concert was AMAZING! CLEAN PLACE... but of course high price food & beverages, king lines at restrooms and a hassle going through security... When you are a smoker... Forget it! Sit back and enjoy the concert!

Did not get to see much of the arena, and the area was being transformed for the Republican Convention, but I liked where the arena was situated downtown. Very easy access to parking and loved the Lebron James signage!

Bought tickets for my wife and I for her birthday and had such an amazing time. Unfortunately the Cavs lost but it was well with the experience. We have traveled to a few games before and enjoy it every time.

The only Downside to this place is just the layout. The layout is not that good and everything goes in there so I really hate this place. But that 4 star update will really be awesome. I give it a 4/5 stars.

Sometimes staff can be slow but always friendly. Have patience and be willing to walk and you can surely find cheap if not free parking. Only been inside for basketball and hockey. Not a bad seat in the arena.
