It was the first time in a very long time someone really did what they said they would do. When you work with the right people and both sides do what is right,things get done. Cosmo and Raluca hit it out of the park and closed on out house in record time. We changed lenders mid stream because the bank we were dealing with could not get it done when they said and it was not acceptable. Cosmo and Luca are an awesome team! I switched from another lender to Amerifirst a little late in the game, but Cosmo explained things much better and I felt more comfortable using this company. Even though I switched over pretty late they were STILL able to get me to close on time with no problems. Luca is SO GOOD as well, she is always communicating and letting you know what the next step is that you should be doing, which I appreciated since this is my first house and I had no idea what I was doing. Highly recommend this location to anyone

I was told by my loan officer Cosmo Berardeneli that it would take 30 days to close. And it did! The process was very smooth and everything was on time as scheduled. We actually closed a couple of days sooner then the original closing date. Cosmo and his team were very professional and courteous when asking for documents. He also explained the entire process very well to a point where I had no questions or concerns. I would recommend him to anyone I know!
