My wife and I were recommended to deal with John Burke from Burke Lending by our real estste agent. We were completely satisfied with all of the service that John provided us from the beginning stages of the process to the day of the closing. He did over and above what anybody could ever ask of someone and has great knowledge about all of the different loans that are offered. He will also fit you in the loan that he best thinks suits your needs and capabilities. He was very prompt in answering question whether over the phone or in emails. He was also able to get over any hurdles that we may have had with the loan. Also, throughout the entire process he was very upfront and honest with us on things that needed to be done or fixed for us to be able to be approved. my wife and We would recommend John Burke to anyone that we know that is going for a mortgage for the first time or just buying another home. It was a plasure to have met him and work with him because we are now in our own home because if the hard work and effort that he put into the loan.

As a first-time homebuyer I knew nothing about anything when it came to the process of purchasing a home. John was AWESOME!!!!! He explained everything to me and was very patient no matter how many times I asked him the same question, haha! He was honest about everything we encountered.
