Lousy, you can not trust this company, do not explain the home buying process well and when we asked questions was as if we had to beg or be super-thankful that we were taking the time to answer our concerns. We were giving an interest rate of 5.25% with a credit score of 460, 2 days of making the closure of the house they were wrong on paper employment verification and that meant we had to ask for a week of prefaces (thanks God) and asking in 3 banks were told that the interest was too high, we decided to change risking losing the money we had already given mortgage and could close interest in 3.99% with less money down payment. Besides they were charging $ 3,700 fee for them. the signing of a Mr. Oscar Ortiz never saw that appears in the papers because that means we had communication was Juancarlos Angee. From experience I learned that I should study more to companies they want to do business because definitely not to be trusted when there is money in the middle.

So far the worst experience in my life a realtor got me in contact with one broker agent marvin lara i gave all my personal information he ran my credit for a house loan is been three weeks and this individual did no have the courtesy to call me back or tell whats going on... i went to another small corporation and i had an answer within 4 day... this dude is not a professional in any sense. worst experience and he represents this trust lendings.
