I am actually very impressed with them this far, because they post my check to my account a day earlier than my actual pay day. The staff is very friendly in the one particular credit union in Gainesville, Florida. This is not my primary credit union because only a portion of my money is sent here, however so far so good. It would be a lot better if they stayed open to at least 7PM because they close at 5 and the majority of people get off at that time. Other than that I am having a great experience. The mobile app is good and easy to use.

I have been with them for 3 years I love this bank for many reasons 1,I love mobile banking 2,Im happy to get a credit card to help rebuild my credit 3,I love the fact that i get paid a dayearlier than most people with other banks,4,There are never long lines and the customer service has always been great since day 1,I wish they had more banks around florida ,although you can get free withdrawal from any walgreens in gainesville.

I love this bank. They are always respectful and do everything they can to help you in a timely manner. I recommend this bank to everyone I know. I drive a good 35-45 minutes to bank with them and I will continue to do so. :)
