I called, and called, and called and called and talked aimlessly to the answering system for an hour, for a simple account question. They are not easy to get ahold of by phone at all. I will not recomend this credit union to anyone.

No one answers phones, people are nice when they do get back to you but for a bank/credit union the service is just not there.
