This location specifically has poor customer service about 6/10 visits. I have had too many issues with credit cards being mailed to the wrong address, and the staff not working well with other issues such as loans, account questions other than balance, and wait time (2 or more tellers on the phone for 10 minutes as 6 people are waiting in line). The banking itself is completely free other than over drafts and such, but has very very little to no interest. No minimum balance for checking, and online banking (could be better) but easy to use.

Affinity is great until you have to call them, plan to be on hold for an hour at the LEAST. Other than the ridiculous amount of time you will spend on hold the bank is great and super friendly

Attempted to work with them for my Car Loan, extremely poor customer service, 4 emails and 3 voice mails with no reply after the process was started.
