The absolute worst banking experience ever. I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible customer service if you can even call it that. I should clarify that my experience was over the telephone and anytime I used this branch location the service was fine. Had my debit cards stolen and I called and spoke with someone @ 4 in the morning. Was told my cards were turned off. Called again at 8 the man I spoke with said he was not sure who I spoke to but they were still active. He assured me he would close the cards. He gave me incorrect info about my one acct. This is only halfway thru the experience and it got worse.

This place is a complete joke.. the hours are "SHlTTY" at best.. the tellers seem mad, they ended up working there.. service is slow and lines are ridiculous (although the lines are getting shorter, cuz everyone is taking their business elsewhere.. I recommend you do the same). Congratulations on being the WORST bank in the area.
