The staff inside the credit union itself is nice and helpful. I was pre-approved for a loan for under 3%. Expected to get a .5 increase since it was an 09 vehicle. After all said and done the interest ended up being 4.8, 2 full points higher than what was promised in the pre-approval. Their excuse is the age of the vehicle and the value they got from N.A.D.A. Problem is the value they got was completely wrong and very low. They should use a different method of valuing used vehicles. Very disappointed, will not be doing business with Bellco again after this.

This is suppose to be a credit union in the co-op. When you arrive at this branch and get to the teller the teller then tells you that they are unable to access your account. You will have to go outside to do your banking. What if it is snowing, raining, or both this is Colorado. I have been with the credit union since 1976. This is the first time a credit union has EVER, and I mean EVER told me they could not get to my information? That is terrible and so are they. I will never go there or even attempt to join.

Should b negative rating!!! Very poor customer service!! I just asked to make change of a 100 dollar bill, first they say they can’t because I don’t have an account with them but I have an account with a credit union (Fitzsimons federal credit union) so that shouldn’t matter! I was just asking for change not to make a deposit or withdrawal!!! So I went to the credit union in front or them n they gave me change without a problem or hesitation!! Will never come here for business again!!

Called down to inquire about a business loan. After being transferred to 7 people. I asked the bank manager what I needed to apply. Got everything together and when I get there I am told I need to have 3 years of business tax returns. She knew I had only been in business 1 year. This bank is a complete waste of time. Stay away.

Bankers and cashiers are slow and worthless they never have any answers to your questions and act like you are bugging them at work. Poor customer service and bad attitudes at this location.
