This company is truly terrible. We began our insurance with them in August, they had all of our inspections, etc and sent out their own inspector about a month after we began coverage. The inspector had no bad things to say during inspection and confirmed that the areas of concern at purchase had been addressed. THREE months later we get an "urgent" email telling us that our roof, which is a 12 year old metal roof with little rust on it that did not come up as a problem in either inspection has to be ENTIRELY replaced within 45 days to continue coverage. What a crooked business this is to first have the audacity to demand something to laughable, and second to do it four months after we began coverage! They have had no new information in this time and this is something that should have come up from the inspections and been told to us up front which would obviously have caused us to find a different company- which we are now doing. Really a terrible business and I will be sure to spread the word.

Horrendous company. Upon learning about a roof leak and submitting a claim, the company claimed we had knowledge of the leak prior to the policy being bound and used it as an excuse to drop us. The company is a complete fraud. If you are a current customer, you should leave, because they clearly will not cover you in the event of a catastrophe.
