I had great customer service! I had a problem with an old account a week ago and where i thought I was going to have to play phone tag it was taken care of then and there.

are you kidding they have got to be the worst service for any bank. check there bank charges compare to other banks. people common sense says not to bank at tcf.

Went to the drive thru this morning (Friday) there were 3 people working and only 1 drive thru open with 4 cars in the lane LOSERS!!!!
