I have been through a couple refinancing experiences in my life time and I must say that the experience I had with Shore Mortgage, Troy, MI, was one of the best yet. There was constant communication between Brittany Schocki, David Graciak and my husband and I the whole time. The help and dedication put forward by these two individuals and other staff members, to get the right type of loan for us and set up the closing was a breeze. I gave them all the information they needed, they did everything else and kept us informed the whole way. Never any waiting to know what was happening. We received an email from either Brittany or David, as soon as each step was completed, so we always knew where we stood with them. Greatest staff of people to work with in all my years of financing. Jeff possesses all the attributes necessary to maintain his excellence as a Loan Officer: He is very knowledgeable, diligent, responsive, and yet was very patient with me. Jeff is both very professional and personable.He clearly takes pride in doing a great job. In my particular case I applied for a 30 year conventional loan and there were many rough spots with me finding the right home Jeff was a great help. It would be hard to envision someone doing a better job than Jeff or being anything but happy in choosing to work with him.

Guram Ilishayev was a good loan officer. He was so sure our house would appraise high enough to get rid of our pmi so I proceeded with the $475 appraisal. The house did not appraise high enough, which I predicted, and ended up back with pmi. Happy with the rate I got but ended up being 1/4% higher because of the appraisal. Still saved money in the long run.
