This place is a joke i bought a new camper with them through General RV found out that i had a $20,000 ballon payment at the end of my loan. and to top it off I went to pay my first payment in person and to get set up for automatic, withdrawl they were going to charge me 8.00 bucks , Yeah its only 8 bucks but come on . I DO not recomend this place the american Fork branch or there credit union. there are plenty of other places that dont do this kind of thing.

Let me be clear, I like America first credit union, however this branch is horrible. I run millions of dollars through my account each year and I move funds around constantly. This is the only branch that gives me problems depositing checks. They always want to place holds on funds when they have cleared from the same accounts hundreds of times. And there is enough funds to cover them in the account already. No other branch gives me problems.

The call back feature is great and all, but you need to hire more people to take care of needs. 4-8 minutes to hold is ridiculous!
