I was trying to buy a foreclosed house, but the first bank I talked to said the appraisal was not going to work because the house needed repairs before we could close. My realtor recommended Today Lending and I got a Repair Escrow loan so I could do the repairs after closing. That saved the whole deal. David did a great job. Thanks! Lynn 9/14 Update. David Walter just helped me refinance my home loan and cut $125 off the payment. Now that is great birthday present. Thank you !!!!

I bought a foreclosed house that needed some work. The loan officer helped me get the right kind of loan so I could finance the repairs into the price of the house. It took about 60 days to get it all done. Everything moved right along schedule and we closed right on time. This was a complicated but great deal for me. 5 stars! Pat

Today Lending was just who we needed to get our loan completed. We were working with special circumstances do to school loans and because Today Lending was on top of all the new rules and regulations, they were able to successfully complete our loan. It was comforting to deal with someone who knew what they were doing.

David is a Realtor / Mortgage Broker that works for the unscrupulous Chris Davenport of Today Lending. Hardly an honest opinion. Does anyone else feel that there is a conflict with these characters acting as the Realtor and the Mortgage Broker? They probably do the appraisal and inspections too.
