As a first time home buyer, I was initially referred to Brad by a relative and while it took my Fiancé and I over 10 months to find the perfect home, Brad and his team were there for us throughout the entire process. All of my loan options were thoroughly explained and we ended up with the perfect fit for our new home. I would recommend Brad and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage! We initially began our search for a townhome in South Florida area , with the hope of eventually ending up in a single family long term home afterwards. Due the crazy and competitive Miami market down here it was nearly impossible to secure a contract on a townhome. Brad did great in giving us a variety of options and we ended up purchasing our dream single family home instead, like we had always dreamed of and we could not be happier with the service Brad provided us. Our very experienced real estate agent highly recommended Brad to get the real info on a Condo mortgage as we had gotten a lot of conflicting information from other lenders. She was absolutely correct! Not only did Brad know the Condo financing process and requirements completely but knew how to deal with a very short closing schedule involving a foreign seller living in Europe.
