My husband and I have used First Equity 4 times in the last 10 years. We did one purchase, 2 refinances, and 1 construction loan last year. Each time the loan was handled professionally and accurately. They have contacts for every step of the process (appraisals, lawyer, title agency) and each of their partners was excellent as well. The construction loan was very complex and with multiple steps which Dave and Nicole were able to guide us through. i would highly recommend them.

I used First Equity Mortgage about 1 year ago to close on a loan on my first home. They were efficient, professional and always available to answer any questions (which I had a lot of). They got me the lowest interest rate out of any other mortgage company I checked with. I would highly recommend using FEM if you are looking to buy a new home. I would definitely use them again if I need to move again.

Christian P. Hustled a great mortgage together for me. He is so professional and widely experienced. My mortgage was pulled together except for a small tax glich that needed to be squared up. It was APRIL 15 !!! I was in a panic. But Christian took care of it. My realtor was so pleased working with Christian. Always called her right back. She told me to NEVER use anyone else!
