I must say I am becoming more and more unimpressed with this bank.. first of all was excited when metro bank was open past 5. Now they took over close at 5pm. Before most people get off work. So anyway I use the mac machine and make deposits there but guess what all there pens are gone...there was 2 chained there.. so I had to leave without making my deposit once again .. no I did not even have 1 pen in my car... ugh just frustrated with the new take over.....

Just called about new bank cards to replace Metro. First it was by the end of May, then by the end of August. No bank cards. Now it is end of October. As soon as new bank is built in our area, we are switching. Also wait time for drive thru lines and inside lines too long. Sat in line for about 25 minutes. Called and complained. Only had one person working inside and one person outside. This is ridiculous for any time but especially on a Friday

Poor charges and fees on top of reduced hours that no working person can reasonable be expected to meet without time off (unlike previous METRO). I was infuriated when I called their 1800 number with little to no help. The local staff was respectful and understanding and the only reason it is not a one star. I closed my account and will not pursue a mortgage or even basic savings account there.

Metro was the Best! FNB charges $2.50 in addition to a mac service fee charged by any other Mac machine used. this is just wrong! There are 3 to 4 employees at the counter and 2 of them are completely ignoring the customer as they do other work...waiting time inside or outside is too long! Hours of operation are not good... Not happy with FNB....I want Metro Bank back!

Money from my account is always missing. Im hit with late fees for things they are doing. The hours suck. I miss metro for sure. Definitely looking into opening a new bank.

Stay away from this bank they will rob you for every penny you have. I was with metro for years and now im closing my accout with fnb because they overcharge everything.

Do not like this bank. They never have enough help, lines always whether going thru drive thru or inside. I loved Metro Bank hours. But not First National.
