My VA loan with Desoto Home Mortgage was handle by Lori. She has a wealth of knowledge on what my requirements are. I only need to see her one time for the consultation. After that, she would answer all my questions either by text, email, or phone very promptly. Lori had made it lots easier with e-signature which save extra trips to the office. And not seeing 20, 30 or so pages of documents which would be very intimidation, and really ease on the eyes/mind. Thank you so much for being patients and being so helpful with us, Lori.
