HORRIBLE - When I received an auto loan they never disclosed they charge a $4.00 paper statement fee every month. I finally looked at my statement after several months and noticed it. I called customer service and said it was never disclosed. They stated to go online and request e statements but they could not do it for me. Why would I pay when I make direct online payments. They charge more fees than banks do and also have the worst customer service. Sadly the branches are even worse. Please check out other lending institutions before wasting your time and money with them!!

It gives me great please to post this review in relation to my outstanding experience with Grow Financial. I had never done business with Grow Financial before and decided to give them a try. Visiting the branch on Sheldon, I was assigned to work with Amanda DeJesus. I found Amanda to be extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my banking needs. If you are in need of professional banking services and outstanding customer service, I would highly recommend giving Amanda DeJesus and Grow Financial a try.

in all my years of banking this is the worst bank i have ever delt with. the service is slow, the management is non existent, the tellers are fair and few between, and the ones that are behind the counter and discourteous and arrogant. the bank does no service after 5 oclock, it has no phone service to work with. the machines on this bank are broken more then working. its a surprise its not been shut down. i would give this no star if that was possible

Great credit union, never had anything but wonderful service there. They were the only one in the area that would give me a student account with a debit card as a teenager.
