Most everyone that has purchased a home knows that financing is the most crucial and stressful part of the process. With that being said, our past experience getting a loan from a bank was stressful. The banks personnel with exception of one told us one thing but the numbers said another. We told our realtor of sour experience; he wasn’t even surprised and suggested Mr. Eric Liebermann. If we had questions, Eric was right there to answer them. Eric and his staff kept us informed and updated. When we met Eric, he went over the numbers with us and broke it down into three plans with the positives and negatives. Each plan was clear and concise. He advised us that we first should go over the plans and then he would give his advice. It ended up; we all picked the same plan. In not so much words, our realtor said it his job is to provide the best resources for his clients and Erica and his staff are a cut above the rest. We agree.
