My wife had been involved in a car accident near our home. The specific circumstances created a complicated issue with the insurance. I reached out to a few so-called experts but everyone gave us different advice. Dealing with the insurance company was even worse. They sent letters filled with a lot of legal content that we were not totally clear about. It was frustrating, to put it mildly. We found Mr. Goldberg online and went to his office in Woodland hills. He swiftly deciphered the entire insurance matter for us and explained exactly what needed to be done. Even though we were first time clients, it felt like Mr. Goldberg had been our attorney for a long time. He has a comforting and extremely professional style. Most importantly, Mr. Goldberg has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience with all matters having to do with insurance and car accidents. Do not trust the good reviews on Google, he has lied from day one, never did any of the work he promised to do.. lied about requesting medical records, which he never did, (we simply asked for the letters, fax confirmations or emails that were sent to the hospital and doctors he falsely said he had faxed..he got mad when we made this request and quit!!) his game is to delay and lie to the client!! Then the client keeps calling his office to get the status... (his game is to say "sorry, we are waiting on the medical records"....) Then when I checked with the Doctors they told me they never received his requests for medical records... This went on for 7 months!!
