Oh my Lord. I cannot even speak more fondly of Tim Williams. I was left no choice but to seek out an attorney, per the advice of two doctors. Despite the physical pain I was in I must admit, the bruised ego was perhaps just as tender. This was an ordeal I was dreading. Seeking an attorney. Where to begin. My first consultation was with Tim Williams and Mr. Dwyer. When I left their office I knew I was at the right place with the right men. For nearly 2 years to the date I dealt with Tim on a regular basis. Knowing my ego was going to be ripped apart as all of my medical records were going to be released, I wanted to crawl under a rock, there were times I was riddled with anxiety at the thought alone. Needless to say I never once felt uncomfortable. Tim was so compassionate. So nice, never making me feel insecure or awkward. His kindness during such a difficult time in my life was most definitely something to be desired. Words cannot even describe the respect, gratitude, and mostly the appreciation I have for Tim. He was a huge source of comfort during an ugly event in my life. With that said. The goodness I feel for Mr. Williams and his staff oozes from me. Tim was a perfect fit for my case. It was a true joy doing business with him. He will always be the attorney I turn to for guidance. I know he will steer me in the right direction, giving me good guidance and a good foundation. As I said, an ugly time in my life, however, he was a joy. Thank you for all you do Tim Williams. You are a great asset to our community.

In August 2014, I was hit by a vehicle near Bend, while on a bicycle trip around the world. I used Arne Cherkoss as my lawyer to represent me and also worked with Cheri Russom. The case was settled in December 2015 thanks to the hard work of both. During the negotiations of a settlement, Arne would present the latest offer to me and also provide a recommendation as to whether I should accept, leaving it as my decision. He worked hard, continuing to present counter-offers after receiving my input. He would continue to fight for relatively small amounts despite the increasing marginal cost to him. Both Arne and Cheri were professional in their communications and very diligent in their work. I had complete faith in what they were doing and was very satisfied with both. He immediately put me at ease, while he gathered information from me that they would need.
