ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have the same problem as everyone else. I forwarded them ALL MY rebate checks as soon as I got them. I even called and they said my account was paid. Then I get THREATENING letters almost a YEAR later saying I owe them tax money of $40.15, what do I do? SEND THEM A DAMN CHECK so they stop harassing me and what do they do? CASH IT. This happened July of 2016. I JUST BARELY GET A LETTER saying my account is "severely" past due THIS WEEK November 2016... NO OTHER LETTERS... the best part is they sent two letters at the EXACT same time and dated them September 28, 2016 and October 27, 2016 but I got them the same exact day........ WHAT A BUNCH OF LIARS, CHEATS AND ridiculous people. I am going to complain to the BBB, Get Gephardt and possibly hire an attorney.

Nothing wrong with the service they did. After it has been a nightmare. I sent them every paper they asked for and said I still owe them money. They are scammers and trying to get more money. This has been going on for years since they were kellys insulation. Horrible business stay away

The company is poor in customer service. I had to pay a bill they lost the money twice from two years ago. They called me once about it. I called them twice, did not hear back. 6mo later I got a collection letter with fees. Seems to be a norm for them seeing the comments.

Oh what do you know, new name same rip off artists. Serious how do you people even sleep at night ripping people off and then sending then to collections after lieing and cheating your way into their home. What comes around goes around and your guys are in for it.

Google have to provide a provision for negative rating. For companies like this definitely need it. Their zero cost rebate program is a 100% lie. The company is 100% hoax.
