Due a series of unfortunate events, I have had Rich and his team for my insurance coverage for a few years now. I had a choice to chose someone else closer to me, however I did not. Ginger took the lead on my crazy situation and made it all better. She made it her personal mission to fix something that was just a mixed up crazy situation. I can just call and say hi... and they all know my name. Very personable, friendly. I call just the other day to change something on my policy as I was adding a new vehicle. Joe reminded me that State Farm does financing as well. Which was a wonderful thing because the financing I was looking out turned out to be a nightmare. Talked with Guy and he got everything started for the financing. It was a much easier situation and I did not have to stress and worry about any information being incorrect. Rich walked me thru the whole process and was very professional and personable about it. I recommend this agent above any other!! State Farm too.

I just have to give him a call or send him an email and he always replies with a response. His customer service skills are undeniably great and he is a very nice person to work with. Rich is wonderful! You call or email and ask for a quote on home and auto and he responds immediately. He came to my house to take a picture of my home, he also brought temporary proof of insurance for my vehicles. He emailed me a letter to print and get to my previous insurance company to cancel my insurance with them. He made my switch super easy and I hate change.
